FieldLux is moving from a closed beta waitlist to public launch accounts. This page describes what we collect when you create an account, save projects, or use launch access.
1. Account data
We use Supabase Auth for account login. Your email address is your FieldLux ID. You may sign in with an email code, Google, or a password if you choose to set one. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not readable by FieldLux.
2. Project data
When you save a project, FieldLux stores project names, scene snapshots, project versions, model file references, sharing settings, and related metadata needed to reopen and share your work. Project ownership is tied to your Supabase user id.
3. Founding member records
Existing approved beta testers are preserved as Founding Members. We store the approved email and, after sign-in, may link it to the matching auth user id so launch and billing benefits can be applied later.
4. Waitlist history
Older beta request records may remain for operational history, abuse prevention, and support context. New public signup no longer requires waitlist approval.
5. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Vercel for hosting. Data is transferred over TLS. We do not sell personal information or operate a marketing mailing list from FieldLux account data.
6. Your choices
You can request account or project data deletion, correction, or export by emailing jay@field-lux.com from the email address associated with your account.
